Tuesday, January 12, 2010 - When I talked to Diane
yesterday, she told me that it was Marc's birthday. I had
planned to go on Facebook and wish him a Happy Birthday
BUT I apparently got distracted by several shiny objects.
Plus, there's all that snow outside that is way too bright...
So, I decided to put some pictures in here today and try to
make up for my forgetfulness. You know what they say
about old people. Yeah, I forgot what it was, too. haha
I have pictures in my files that I took over at New Smyrna
Beach while I was in Florida this past November when it
was still fairly warm in Florida. Marc played at a very nice
restaurant (next to Beall's) where I got my Christmas shirt.
Happy Birthday a day late to Marc. I hope you were able to
get out in the COLD and have a nice birthday dinner. Next
year, I'll remember on time.....well maybe. see ya later, djb

Friday, January 15, 2010 - It's still winter but we're getting weather that's a
little less brutal. I'm not sure if that's good or not because then people act like
it's the middle of summer and they're happy and carefree and silly. No hat, no
boots. Then, it'll get really cold again and boo hoo. I'm freezing.
I'm trying to get some things accomplished with no luck. Today, I bought some
containers to consolidate my Christmas decorations. Yeah, they're still up. Why
not? Who cares? I don't, I like them. Twinkly lights are fun.
If the boys were alive, they'd nag me endlessly and I'd be forced to end
Christmas. That would be all right because if they were alive, I wouldn't need
shiny objects, I'd have my precious sons to distract me. big sigh........
Gotta go see if this is going to go up to Yahoo. It's been acting a little weird
again. Of course, I blame Norton. see ya later, djb

Sunday, January 24, 2010 - Happy 84th Birthday to Grandma
Burkholder. On the home page are links to pages from 2006 and
2009, however, I'm not sure if this is ever going to get published!!!
I'm still having technical difficulties. That's why I haven't put anything
new up here. But I'm waiting for a yahoo person to contact me. The
people who have helped me in the past were quite nice and very
knowledgeable. So, good luck to me. I'm still waiting.
If Grandma hadn't died, I know things would definitely be different.
But she's gone off with Grandpa and the boys and a whole lot of other
folks. God bless you, Grandma. Say hi to the boys from their mom.
